here are some pictures from a few training rides on the weekend of 6-16-2002.

saturday's ride was at patapsco with dave, marianna, mark, randy, tim, and i. dave and i decided to do the gu challenge. we were supposed to split a 24 pack variety box of gu for the ride... but managed to fall short 3 each. i was declared the winner of the challenge by default for puking (3X) in the first 45 minutes of the ride. a bit of advice. the night before a ride, it's a bad idea to eat 3 taco supremes with fire and hot sauce at 10pm and then top them off with 3 slices of jalapeno and pineapple pizza at 3am. also, don't eat an egg mcmuffin with purple ketchup the morning of the ride and chase it with 9 packs of gu. bad idea.

sunday's ride was at schaeffer farms with daniel, dave, mark, and i. we took some pictures of us playing on some logs out there.
